SEATTLE, WA
LID I-5
2018
Long envisioned as a means of knitting the fabric of downtown Seattle back together with its surrounding neighborhoods, the idea of building a lid over Interstate 5 has gained some serious traction with this impressive city-wide multi-disciplinary non-profit effort. A dynamic series of buildings, parks, and even schools may someday replace this noisy urban canyon.
